For mascots that take the form of animals or people, we use 3D printing to create the skull with a 100% accurate head shape and facial expressions. Our printing materials include plastic, resin, fiberglass, and high-density foam. The most popular option is high-density foam, which is lightweight and cost-effective, but not as breathable, making it prone to overheating. Plastic and resin offer good breathability and long-lasting shape retention but are heavier and more expensive. Fiberglass is ideal for mass-producing identical mascots as it is cost-effective after the creation of the first mold. For other mascots, we use hand-crafted artificial foam sculpting to create your unique costume.
